Imagine waking up with someone else's face, but then it is your own body. Confusing? A 37 year old American did just that. He has been given a new face, nose, teeth and jaw in what his doctors say is the most extensive face transplant yet. Sally Mbilu reports on a ground breaking 36 hour surgery that saw physicians at the University of Maryland Medical Centre perform only the 23rd such transplant in the world.
